Our philosophy is to give each patient the best possible care available when it comes to physical therapy. We specialize in manual therapy.

At Silver Creek Fitness and Physical Therapy, each patient receives hands on care along with an individualized exercise program designed just for their injury. Patients at SCFPT will have access to over 50 of the newest strength and cardio training equipment.

SCFPT is unlike any other physical therapy clinic. In the health care industry there tends to be a gap between when someone finishes physical therapy in a clinical setting and when that person is ready to return to a program on their own. With healthcare reductions, many patients are only able to work in physical therapy until their insurance runs out or until they are only 75 to 85 percent recovered.

At SCFPT we are able to ease the gap with our TRANSITION PROGRAM which allows patients to continue their rehabilitation by becoming a member of our facility, and for a fraction of the cost compared to regular health care expenses. Many insurance companies will cover a gym membership with a prescription from a doctor. Once in the TRANSITION PROGRAM, we are able to continue to observe and progress their programs, thus achieving longer lasting results and reduced healthcare costs.
